Harry Styles is a famous musician, originally known for being a member of the band One Direction, which started in 2010 on The X Factor. After their split, Styles went on to become a solo singer and achieved immediate success with his already loyal fan base. He released three albums, with the last one being released in 2022. Since his last release, Styles has gone MIA in the music industry and online, with rare sightings of him in Europe and New York. Fans have been on edge waiting for new music and analysing every move, when Style finally gave an inch on Thursday, January 15, when he announced his new Album “Kiss all the time, Disco Occasionally” to be released on March 6, 2026.
One Direction was huge. Each member, including Liam Pain, Zayne Malik, Louis Tomilson, Niall Horan, and Harry

Styles, had individually auditioned on The X Factor, but the judges hadn’t loved them. Until they had the idea to put them together and create a boy band. Simon Cowell, a judge on the show known for being rude and straightforward, took control of the group and became their mentor, and signed them to his record label, Syco Records. They created five studio albums from 2011 to 2015, titled Up All Night, Take Me Home, Midnight Memories, Four, and Made in the A.M. They completed four major world tours as they continued to push out new albums. In March 2015, Malik finally called it quits, leading the group to go on an indefinite hiatus. Fans held hope for years that the band would reunite, especially after the unfortunate passing of Payne on October 16th, 2024, when all of the members attended his funeral, but there were no other sightings of them together afterwards.
While each member has released successful songs and albums, Styles has become the largest figure since the split. He’s released three studio albums since 2017, winning over 35 major music awards, including 3 Grammys and 6 Brit Awards, and reaching over 57 million monthly listeners. In September 2021, Styles had “Love on Tour” for his albums Fine Line and Harry’s House till July 2023. After the tour ended, he began his long-deserved break from the music industry, which in full lasted about 3 years. He didn’t drop any teasers or hints of new music in the works, causing fans to worry he was no longer making music at all and wouldn’t return.

That was until late December 2025, when a video was uploaded to his YouTube channel featuring a song titled “Forever, Forever” that ended with the phrase “we belong together”. Then, in early January 2026, posters started appearing in major cities such as New York, London, and Berlin. The posters consisted of vague phrases such as “Let the light in” It’s all there waiting,” and “We belong together”. A website was then launched that had an arrow that continued to get shorter as the days went on, and allowed fans to enter their information and an audio clip of Styles singing “we belong together” was sent to fans. Finally the fans hopes were confirmed when Styles officially announced his new album “Kiss all the time, Disco Occassionally” on January 15th with a release date of March 6th.
The first single from the album was released on January 22nd, titled “Aperture,” which is typically a photography term

meaning a space through which light passes in an optical or photo instrument, connecting to the phrase featured on his posters, “Let the light in”. The chorus also contains the lyrics “we belong together” and “it’s all there waiting,” with the song heavily influenced by the disco/techno genre. It has given fans a peek into what the rest of the album has in store, as well as the tracklist of 12 songs being released with titles like “Dance no more”, “American Girls”, “The waiting game”, and “Coming up roses”.
The current tour locations are limited to Amsterdam, London, São Paulo, Mexico City, New York (30 nights), Melbourne, and Sydney. The presale has started on February 3rd, with ticket prices averaging from $50 to $1600+, depending on location, date, seat, and website. There has been some backlash because Styles decided to tour so limitedly, and prices are too high with added traveling fees for most fans hoping to attend. While other fans are holding out hope that after these dates, he will announce a full world tour,

including more of the U.S.
Kiss All the Time. Disco occasionally begins a new chapter for Styles and fans alike after his long-awaited return to the spotlight and stage. Though fans may be disappointed about the tour, there is still no denying the excitement and joy from having Styles back in the industry and connecting with the people who love him most.
